Terms of Service
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ListingPeek browser extension and website. By installing, accessing, or using ListingPeek, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What ListingPeek provides
ListingPeek is a browser extension that displays previews of third-party marketplace listings while you browse. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We do not guarantee that every listing, image, translation, price, or other detail will always be available, complete, or accurate.
Permission to use the service
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use ListingPeek for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and the rules of your browser, device, and any website you visit.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use ListingPeek. You must not use the service to:
- violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or applicable website terms;
- circumvent access controls, security measures, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
- interfere with the service, Vinted, or another person’s use of either;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the extension except where the law expressly permits it; or
- use automated or abusive activity that places an unreasonable load on a third-party service.
Third-party services
ListingPeek works with content provided by Vinted and may rely on Chrome or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you remain responsible for complying with them. ListingPeek is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vinted UAB. “Vinted” is a trademark of its owner.
Ownership
ListingPeek, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by its developer or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, content, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingPeek is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every browser or website change, or the accuracy of third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, missed purchases, marketplace disputes, or harm arising from third-party content or services. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Ending your use
You may stop using ListingPeek at any time by disabling or uninstalling the extension. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to ListingPeek or applicable requirements. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
